I have a lot less stressing job, yet it is messing with my emotional stability. One good day, a couple of weeks ago, I had the thought Tim describes: I can always look for something else. I am determined to finish leading my department through some rough patches, but I plan on switching my occupations: dedicating to freelance translation as my main job and remaining as a part-time professor.
